Hyperpool PWP Screen

The Hyperpool PWP Screen is PWP type flat screen mesh for the Hyperpool series of mud shale shakers. The Hyperpool PWP Screen is consumable part of the drilling solids control system and complies with the API RP 13C standard.

Structure:

1. Multiple layers of screen cloth are laminated and bonded onto perforated metal wear-resistant plates;

2. Equipped with special bonding blocks to prevent the screen from vibrating, ensure grading accuracy, and support on-site local repair with stainless steel plugs;

3. Hyperpool PWP Screen is a flat structure, different from the PMD (Pyramid) three-dimensional screen mesh in the same series.

Material:

1.Commonly used 304/316 stainless steel, balancing corrosion resistance and wear resistance;

2.The screen holes are mostly rectangular.
